If you need to return or exchange an item, please call one of our representatives at 1-800-255-3505 to coordinate the return and obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Some important things to note:
Refunds
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the item(s), and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of a product defect or our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
Items incorrectly shipped to Prime-Line will not be processed for return. Items not purchased from primelineparts.com will not be accepted.
Labor
We are unable to refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website.
Damaged Products
If your product was received damaged, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-255-3505 and we will work with you to exchange or replace the affected parts.
